English Muffin Breakfast Sandwhich
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 15 mins / Total Time: 30 mins
These english muffin breakfast sandwiches put the fast food joints to shame!
Ingredients
Directions

1. Lightly oil/butter a muffin tin and then crack an egg in
each muffin area.
2. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
3. Spread butter on one side of the whole grain english
muffins.
4. Take half of a muffin, add some cheese, add an egg,
handful of spinach and apply the top half of the muffin.
5. Enjoy right away or store for later.




12 whole grain english
muffins
12 large eggs
10 oz cheese, grated
6 tbsp butter
handful spinach for
each sandwich
These breakfast sandwiches can be stored in
the freezer. Completely cool before wrapping in
parchment paper, and store them in an air-tight
container.
