French Toast Muffins
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 15 mins / Total Time: 40 mins
These french toast muffins are easy to make and fun to eat!
Ingredients
Directions





1. Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Add cubed whole grain bread; soak 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
3. Divide among 12 oiled muffin cups; top with sliced
almonds (optional).
4. Bake at 350°F until set, 25 minutes. Top with maple syrup.
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 cups whole grain
bread, cubed
Serve with maple syrup, berry compote or top
with honey!
