Oat Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 15 mins / Total Time: 45 mins
These pumpkin spice muffins are so fragrant, your kitchen will be smelling scrumptious
all day long! The pureed pumpkin makes these muffins extremely moist without any oil.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
3. Whisk whole wheat flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking
powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg together
in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Stir pumpkin
puree, milk, eggs, honey and maple syrup into the dry
ingredients until batter is smooth; fold oats into batter.
