Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Total Time: 10 mins + 3 hr freezing time
These Greek yogurt bites are a fantastic healthy cold treat!

1. In a muffin pan, spoon yogurt into each cup. Tap the muffin
pan on the counter a few times to remove air pockets. Add
diced fruit and sprinkle granola on top. Cover and freeze
for at least 3 hours.
2. Before serving, place bottom of pan in warm water for a
few seconds, or thaw on countertop for a few minutes. Use
a blunt knife to pop out the yogurt bites. Serve within a
few minutes, or place in ziplock bags and return to freezer.

1 cup low sugar
1 cup fruit of your
choice, diced
1 ½ cup plain yogurt
Optional: To ensure that the fruit and granola
doesn't fall off the top, add another layer of
Greek yogurt on top to help bind the layers
