Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Total Time: 5 mins
These take no time at all to prepare, and are so delicious!
Ingredients
Directions

1. Layer 1/3 cup plain yogurt into the bottom each bowl/cup.
2. Combine defrosted strawberries and other assorted
berries.
3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until
glasses are filled to the top.
4. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.



9 cups plain or plain
Greek yogurt
3 cups fresh or
defrosted frozen
strawberries
1.5 cups fresh/
frozen blackberries,
raspberries or
blueberries
3 cups low sugar
granola
Change up the fruit toppings according to what
fruit is in season!
