Breakfast Energy Balls
Serves: 40 Balls / Prep Time: 5 mins / Total Time: 10 mins
These nutrient dense energy balls are perfect for an on-the-go breakfast option -- not to
mention they are super yummy!

1. Put everything, but the coconut, in a large bowl.
2. Mix everything together well with your hands.
3. Roll ¼ cup scoops of dough into balls and roll in cococonut.
4. Store in freezer.

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
or raisins
½ cup cocoa powder
2 cups peanut butter
(or Soy Butter)
½ cup honey
1½ cups shredded
unsweetened coconut
These energy balls can be stored in the freezer
in an airtight container.
