Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Total Time: 5 mins + overnight
Warm oatmeal is good, but cold overnight oats are equally as delicious and take virtually
no prep time.
Ingredients

1. Combine oats, milk, cinnamon and honey in bowl/
individual mason jars.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Before serving, dice up apples and add to overnight oats.
6 cups rolled oats
12 tsp cinnamon
12 tsp honey
6 cups milk/nut milk
6 apples
Cinnamon has many anti-inflammatory
properties that help to fight infections and repair
tissue damage.8
