Cocoa Chia Seed Pudding
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Total Time: 5 mins + 3-5hr chill time
These chia seeds pudding is chocolately without the sugar! Perfect for those who like
chocolate.
Ingredients
Directions



1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously
to combine.
2. Cover, and chill in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5
hours.
3. Serve chilled plain, or with desired toppings, such as fruit
or granola.



41/2 cups milk of choice
1 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup unsweetened
cocoa powder
9 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 tsp salt
11/2 tsp vanilla extract
This pudding can be blended for an altogether
new breakfast option. If you are decide to blend
this pudding, you can substitute the maple
syrup for 21 dates.
