No Bake Granola Bars
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Total Time: 10 mins + chill time
These granola bars can be made ahead of time and can be stored in the freezer for later.

1. Stir oats, peanut butter, flaxseed, honey, cranberries and
almonds together in a bowl; press into a 9x11-inch baking
dish, using the back of a spatula to press into a flat layer.
2. Refrigerate mixture at least 1 hour.
3. Cut into 12 bars and wrap each individually in plastic wrap
for storage.

2 cups rolled oats
11/4 cups natural
peanut butter
1 cup ground flaxseed
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup dried
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Flaxseeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, lignans
and fibre.9
