Avocado Toast

This avocado toast encorporates cottage cheese for added protein.
Ingredients
Directions

1. Lay bread slices out on a large cutting board and cut
bread slices in half.
2. Top each one with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper.
3. Top cottage cheese with avocado and tomato slices then
season with another pinch of salt and pepper.




12 slices hearty whole
grain bread
2 1/2 cups cottage
cheese
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
salt and pepper, to
taste

excellent source of calcium, which plays a major
role in tooth and bone health, as well as the
