Berries & Broccoli Smoothie

The broccoli in this smoothie makes for a very unique twist to an otherwise very
ordinary recipe. Surprisingly, the broccoli is near undetectable and adds lots of nutrients.
Ingredients
Directions

1. Combine frozen berries, broccoli and milk in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, and add more milk if needed.


12 cups frozen berry
blend
11/2 cups broccoli,
chopped
4 cups milk/nut milk
Broccoli contains glucosinolates and vitamin C
which protects against cell damage.11
