Orange, Mango & Carrot Smoothie

This smoothie tastes as good as it looks!

12 oranges, peeled
and separated
6 cups frozen mango,
diced
12 carrots, shredded
3 cups milk/nut milk
Excluding the milk, combine all ingredients for each
smoothie in a resealable bag and freeze.
2. Once frozen, remove from freezer and blend with milk
until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
Orange fruits and vegetables contain betacarotene, which helps to maintain eye health.13
