Spinach Apple Smoothie

1. Slice peeled banana and remove the seeds from the
grapes, if any.
2. Put the banana, spinach, grapes, yogurt, and apple in a
blender and blend for two minutes, or until smooth.

6 cups spinach
6 ripe bananas
3 apples, chopped
6 cups grapes
3 cups plain greek
yogurt
3 cups of ice
Grapes add natural sweetness to this smoothie!
