Strawberry Banana & Cauliflower Smoothie
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Total Time: 5 mins
This is a twist on the classic strawberry banana smoothie! The added cauliflower
thickens the consistency, but doesn't change the taste!
Ingredients
Directions




1. Excluding the milk, combine all ingredients for each
smoothie in a resealable bag and freeze.
2. Once frozen, remove from freezer and blend with milk
until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
12 cups strawberries
12 bananas
6 cups cauliflower
4 cup milk/nut milk
