Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie is sure to fill you up and keep you satisfied until lunch.

1. Add oatmeal, milk, peanut butter, banana, and ice cubes
to blender.
2. Blend about 1 minute until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

6 tbsp peanut butter (or
nut/seed butter of your
choosing)
6 bananas
6 cups ice
