Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This is much healthier and more delicious than eating pumpkin pie!

1. In blender, add all ingredients and blend for 1 minute or
until smooth.





11/2 cups oats
11/2 cups pumpkin purée
33/4 cups plain Greek
yogurt
6 apples, diced (peel
on)
3 cups milk/nut milk
6 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 cups ice
Plain Greek yogurt has more protein than
regular yogurt. When possible, opt for plain
Greek yogurt.16
