Kiwi Pineapple & Spinach Smoothie

This smoothie is sweet and tangy, making it a perfect choice in the morning.

1. Combine diced kiwis and spinach in a resealable bag and
freeze.
2. Once frozen, remove from freezer and add kiwis, spinach,
frozen pineapple and milk into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.


20 kiwis, diced
10 cups pineapple,
frozen
12 cups spinach
4 cups milk/nut milk
