As we head into FY23, I’m
so excited to be in my role,
to really put a focus on
Employee Experience and
Internal Communications.
It’s a great time to be joining the business,
where feeling connected to the purpose
and values is more important than ever
before. As I’ve been meeting teams
around the business over the last few
months one thing I have sensed from
everyone is that it really is culture first.
Over the last few years where naturally
the state of the world tore us all apart, at
CAE, it brought everyone closer than ever
and that’s the culture I aim to keep,
harness and grow.

My goal is to ensure every colleague feels
connected and that CAE is a place where
people can call home. Essentially, my
aim is to inform, involve and inspire every
person to play their part in delivering our
strategy, purpose and driving business
performance in line with our values and
behaviours.
Employee Experience and
Communications is so much more than
sending out emails with company updates,
it’s about telling a consistent story,
connecting people, ensuring everyone
has a voice and creating those magic
moments! The scope is huge, but I can’t do
any of it without Amazing Technology and
Amazing People!
