CAE’s Learning Festival
“During Leaning at Work Week,
the Mental Health Cafe was
excellent, and I’d be really
interested in becoming a mental
health first aider.”
“All were useful, not too
long, main points for each
clearly explained. Enjoyed
the time management
session, lots of ideas to take
on board.”

“Internal Comms session
was brilliant - great to see
everyone’s understanding
and perspective on this.”
In recognition of the annual Learning
at Work Week, this year we introduced
a Learning Festival. The idea was to
promote learning at work, but not
limited to work related learning. It was
encouraging to have involvement from
employees across the business sharing
their expertise. We were also lucky
to have a couple of external trainers
providing a Mental Health presentation
and Self Defence class. Ruth Taylor did
an amazing job of organising the week
and ensuring it had a mixture of content.
“The coaching masterclass
was great and the mental
health was a really important
session for everyone.”
