“Working as a Digital Apprentice in CAE
has been an incredible journey so far. I’ve
challenged myself beyond what I thought
was possible. What I’m looking to achieve in
the next year is fulfilling my personal best,
strengthening my relationships with my
colleagues and learning more about the job.”
“Over the last year at CAE I have had
many opportunities to work with many
lovely people to help the business
in different ways and look forward
to more opportunities top grow and
improve over the next year.”

“I have always seen apprentices as the ideal starting point in
a career, with the advantage of seeing several areas within the
business before deciding on their initial career path. Hearing 3 of
our current apprentices chose the NOC as theirs was a massive
positive for the atmosphere and welcoming nature of the team.
Their fresh eyes on our processes enables them to call out gaps
that may be affecting other members of the team who never felt
they could call them out. They all have a genuine desire to learn
and keep asking for training on more technical tasks. We hope
over the next 2 years while we develop them into their next role,
be that within our team or into another role with CAE they show
the same passion and enthusiasm they have so far.”

“Having been involved in the apprenticeship
scheme from the early stages, it’s great
to see how the Apprentices have been
developing. Their energy, enthusiasm and
willingness to learn within the team is
invaluable. They really are adding value to
internal and external customer engagements.
I am really excited to see how they develop
over the next two years!”
