The penthouse above the famed Millennium Tower has
just been listed for $14 million amid building stabilization. In 2016, the SoMA skyscraper was found to be
tilting and had lost more than a foot in height since its
completion.
Since then, engineers have been working to stabilize
the building and correct the tilt, installing 18 piles to supplement the building’s existing foundation. Work is expected to be completed later this year.
