SPLIT TEA & HAM SOUP

1. Pour water and chicken
broth into a 6 L pot and
bring it to a boil.
2. Add peas, onion,
and salt and cook
on medium heat for
40 minutes. Needs
occasional stirring until
the peas are cooked.
3. Add grated carrots,
ham, and black pepper.
4. Dilute corn starch with
1/2 cup of lukewarm
water and add to
the soup and stir for
a minute for nice
thickness.
5. Soup is ready, enjoy!
500 g split pea
3 L water
1 L chicken broth
120 g chopped onions
100 g grated carrots
75 g chopped black
forest ham
• 30 g corn starch
• 10 g salt
• 5 g black pepper
