1. Wash the lettuce and
spin dry, then lay them
out on a towel to air-dry
for a little while.
2. Tear up the lettuce to be
bite-sized.
3. Put the lettuce in a
really big bowl, much
bigger than the volume
of the lettuce.
4. Add the other ingredients
in the following order:
tomatoes, cucumbers,
red onions, mushrooms,
carrots, feta cheese,
smoked salmon, dressing.
5. Mix everything and
toss gently, then add
croutons.
6. Serve the salad in
individual bowls or
on plates.
200 g lettuce
190 g smoked salmon
140 g tomatoes
120 g cucumbers
60 g red onions
80 g mushrooms
80 g carrots
100 g feta cheese
60 g croutons
100 g dressing
