BULKOGI (KOREAN BBQ)

INGREDIENTS
• 500 g boneless rib
eye beef
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp garlic
• 1/8 chopped onion
• 1 tsp sesame seed oil
• 1/4 pear
• 1 tbsp Korean pepper
paste
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• Broccoli, carrot,
mushroom, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients
in a bowl. Marinade
everything around
until the meat is coated.
2. Let it sit at room
temperature for 30
minutes, or chill up to
8 hours in the fridge.
3. Cook it in a pot or a pan
at medium heat for
about 10 minutes and it
should be ready!
4. Garnish with broccoli,
carrot, and mushroom.
