BUTTER CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN MARINADE
• 500 g boneless chicken
• 2 tsp ginger
• 2 tsp garlic
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp meat masala
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil
BUTTER CHICKEN SAUCE
• 2/3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 150 g onion
• 3 tsp chopped ginger
• 3 tsp chopped garlic
• 300 g tomato paste
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 250 g half and half
• 250 g whipping cream
• 1 cup water
• 100 g fresh coriander
leaves

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix everything well.
2. Cook in convection oven
for about 30 minutes.
3. Blend everything until
it is paste-like.
4. Mix it well with the
chicken and put
the chicken in the
convection oven for
about 30 minutes.
5. Take it out of the oven
and serve hot with
naan or rice.
