Research (NCCER) to offer
standardized construction
and maintenance curriculum
and assessments with
portable credentials in
construction, HVAC/R, and
welding.
HVAC/R
WELDING
NCCER HVAC/R – Level I
The HVAC/R program will provide the basic
knowledge and skills to become a qualified,
entry-level employee in the HVAC industry.
Upon successful completion of the program,
students will earn Certificate of Completion for
NCCER HVAC – Level 1, NCCER wallet card, and
their credentials entered in the NCCER Registry.
Students will also have the opportunity to take
the EPA608 Certification exam at the end of the
program.
NCCER Welding – Level I
The welding program will provide the basic
knowledge and skills to become an entrylevel welder. Upon successful completion of
the program, students will earn Certificate
of Completion for NCCER Welding – Level
1, NCCER wallet card, and their credentials
entered in the NCCER Registry.
NCCER HVAC/R – Module II
Pre-requisites: WTC 200, WVR 160.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT
As the veterinary field grows, so does
the demand for veterinary assistants.
Veterinary assistants care for animals
in veterinary offices, animal hospitals
and animal shelters. As a member of the
veterinary team, a veterinary assistant
will provide compassionate care to
animals and their owners.
Our Veterinary Assistant program will
teach you the essential knowledge and
job skills needed to work in this field,
including outpatient care, diagnostics
and pharmacy, in-patient care, and
surgery and emergency care. Students
will experience hands-on learning in the
classroom and work with a variety of
animals during the required externship.

MIG & TIG Welding
MIG and TIG are two of the most popular
welding techniques used in the industry. MIG
is used primarily in the welding of sheet metal
while TIG is used for aluminum. Hands-on
practice in both processes will be provided.
