How will contributions to my account be invested?
You may direct the investment of all of your Accounts in one or more of the
available Investment Funds. Fund fact sheets for these options are located in
the back of this book. Your elections will be subject to such rules and
limitations as the Plan Administrator may prescribe. The Plan Administrator
may restrict investment transfers to the extent required to comply with
applicable law. The Plan is intended to constitute a plan described in section
404(c) of ERISA. This means that Plan fiduciaries may be relieved of liability
for any of your losses that are the result of your investment elections.
If you do not choose investments for your plan, your contributions will
automatically be invested in an appropriate Target Date fund based on your
year of birth.

You can log into www.CertifiedDifference.com at any time to make changes
or to obtain information about your account. You can also call
1-800-393-9900 for assistance.
How can I keep track of my account?
You will receive a statement that details your account summary quarterly.
This statement includes account balances, performance figures for your
investments, and other information about your account.
