Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
*Note: If you are an employee that normally works less than 20 hours per week, you
are not a Eligible Employee.
If you are an Eligible Employee, you are eligible to participate in the plan
immediately on your date of hire.
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
You can begin contributing to the Plan as of your date of hire
Are rollovers accepted?
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
If you want to roll over qualified retirement plan assets, you may do so at the
discretion of the Plan Administrator.
How do I enroll in the Plan?
You can enroll via the website www.CertifiedDifference.com by using the web
login instructions found on page 7 or by completing the forms located within
this book and returning them to your human resources representative.
