ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLLMENT
Important Note:
This Plan includes an automatic enrollment feature. All Employees hired after April 1,
2022, will automatically be enrolled into the plan with a deferral contribution rate of
3%. Your deferral will be invested in an appropriate Target Date fund based on your
date of birth.
If you wish to make changes to this deferral percentage or if you do not wish to
participate in the Plan, you must elect those choices in writing by completing the
enrollment form located in this book and returning it to your Human Resources
representative or by logging into your account at www.CertifiedDifference.com.
Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
You will be eligible to participate for purposes of salary deferral when you
have completed 90 days of service, provided you are not an Excluded
Employee. Union Employees, Non-Resident Aliens and Leased Employees are
considered excluded employees.
You will be eligible to participate for purposes of matching contributions
when you have completed 90 days of service.
You will be eligible to participate for purposes of Profit Sharing contributions
when you have completed 1 year of service.
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
For the purposes of salary deferral and matching contributions, you can
begin on the first payroll coinciding with or next following the date the
eligibility requirements are met.
For the purposes of Profit Sharing contributions, you can begin receiving on
the first day of the plan year nearest the date the eligibility requirements are
met.
Are rollovers accepted?
At the discretion of the Plan Administrator, if you are a participant who is
currently employed, you may be permitted to do a rollover into the Plan

web login instructions found on page 9 or by completing the forms located
within this book and returning them to your resources representative.
