LIA' S PEPERONATA RECIPE
I NGREDI ENTS
2 y ellow onions
Enough oliv e oil to cov er the
2 clov es of garlic

2 green bell peppers
2 cups strained tomatoes
3 red bell peppers
1 cup w ater
1 y ellow bell pepper
salt, basil and fresh ground
1 orange bell pepper

INSTR UCTIONS
Crush and roughly chop the garlic clov es, add them to a saucepan
and cov er the bottom of the pan w ith a thin lay er of oliv e oil. Slice
all of the bell peppers in equal sizes and place them in the sauce
pan. Place ov er medium heat and season w ith salt, basil flakes and
fresh ground pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
