TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
The Credit Union has a responsibility to train and develop its employees as well as its directors and
volunteers so that they are equipped to carry out their respective duties. Annual training for employees,
directors and volunteers was provided through webinars, local and overseas conferences, and in-house
training during 2021/2022:
This year the Board approved our Learning and Development Policy which sets out our commitment to
training and developing our staff; the Policy includes areas of required training for all staff as well as specific
areas of training for each staff member based on the department they are in. See table of training completed
for the year below:
