CORE CURRICULUM
Core classes include Geographic
Information Systems, Data
Visualization, History of Urban
Planning, Plan Making, and more.
INTERACTIVE LEARNING
EXPERIENCES
Students are required to complete
an internship where they gain direct
access to regional employers and
often expand their networks and
secure future jobs.
ADVISING
Students work with the program
advisor, a faculty advisor, and a
tight-knit student community.
Many also seek advice from the
visiting instructors and professional
practitioners and benefit from
the CUPPA’s Alumni Association’s
signature alumni/student mentoring
program. Students also benefit from
a small faculty-student ratio (12 to 1),
ensuring consistent access to faculty
members.
