My life’s big turning-point
When it comes to health, I’m hardly “to the manor born”. From childhood until
my thirties, I suffered from chronic indigestion. At twelve, I was diagnosed with
asthma, and in my teens and twenties, I struggled with overweight, bulimia
and a painful back injury.
At fifteen, I started working after school in a health food store. This is where
I first heard about the acidic-alkaline balance and understood how much we
can do for our comfort by paying attention to lifestyle, exercise and alkaline
Slowly I started adjusting my life to the acidic-alkaline principles. This meant
that I could now suddenly go to the toilet each day and that my stomach
became flat instead of bloated. I lost over 12 kilos, my asthma disappeared,
my back pains decreased, I gained more energy – plus an incredible peace of
mind. Overall, my choice of alkaline eating and living increased my life quality
in every way.
My encounter with the alkaline lifestyle made me curious about health
and sent me on a lifelong quest for healthy answers and solutions. Resulting

Alkaline Living is not some sort of quick fix or smart cure, but a set of simple
guidelines for how food, exercise, mental well-being and small changes in
your daily habits can lead to fulfilling your body’s basic needs. You will obtain a lifestyle where you work towards adjusting your body and your mind’s
natural balance. You will find that through the right food, regular exercise
and a balanced mind, you obtain a well-being, which you – if you are tired,
weighed down or in pain – may find difficult even to imagine.
When the body’s pH value is in balance, you will simultaneously turn on
those cells in your body that support and strengthen you – and turn off those
that cause diseases. This way, you will give yourself the best conditions for a
healthy life full of energy, happiness and well-being. And I know from my work
with hundreds of clients that it works.
