while Café Støj’s jazz trio provided high quality live jazz.
Grand Départ Horten
Tour de France started in Denmark on 1 July 2022. This was an
important day for Horten, as we helped get the legal
agreements behind the Danish Tour start in place. We marked
the occasion with our own ‘Grand Départ’ event, with a
presentation by Alex Pedersen, spokesperson for the Danish
Tour start, and a water bike competition in the canal in front of
our office, with commentary by Rikke Cedervall Laursen,
winner of the World Masters Cycling Championships 2019.

September. Keynote speakers included Helle ThorningSchmidt, Mia Wagner and Deborah Enix-Ross, president of the
American Bar Association. Lise Lotte Hjerrild, a partner at
Horten, is Chair of the IBA Women Lawyers’ Committee, which
arranged the conference, and Horten was one of the main
sponsors, along with a number of other large Danish law firms.
