Water Activities
Experienced kayakers do ride
down the Nenana River, but
for a less risky ride there are
lakes and ponds all over the
Denali Borough. There are
no local rentals, but if you
have a kayak, canoe or
paddleboard you can find a
lot of opportunities.
Rock climbing
Rock climbers like to use the
anchor points at Dragonfly
Falls for some fun. In the
early spring, you can use the
same routes for ice climbing.

equipment before tackling
