Notes: The Bold and The Beautiful. Its boldness comes from the
use of large Slovanian oak barrels (1100 litre) instead of the usual
stainless steel. Its beauty comes from perfect fruit (Cheringa
Vineyard) then making it to its best by polishing and preserving
its natural flavours and textures. Green lime and green apple
freshness is present but with no bracing acidity. A hint of brown
lime, ginger and grapefruit for a comfortable, complex finish.
