Notes: For several generations now, the Berthier family has farmed their
vineyards in central Loire. After travelling the world, the last generation
is back on family soil. Clément, a former cellar master in the USA, is now
devoted to winemaking and marketing. Florian, with his experiences
in Burgundy and New Zealand, manages the vineyard. The bouquet is
vibrant and bursting out of the glass with brilliant fruit purity. Exotic
tropical fruits and lime zest precede white florals and flint minerals. The
palate races around with juicy pears, quince and yuzu citrus, and a clean
oyster shell influence that lingers. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
