Notes: Processed through the modern winery, fermented at 16
degrees celsius in stainless steel, with only free run juice and light
pressing juice used to capture and maximise flavour. Battonage
was employed to build palate texture and complexity. The wine
was then promptly bottled to ensure freshness and to capture
clean varietal character. Showing lifted nose of verbena, violets
and lime leaf, a powerful citrus palate with enticing notes of pear
and grapefruit, a fine structural mineral acid backbone.

Variety: Chenin Blanc
Notes: Lemon, passionfruit, jasmine and honeysuckle dominate the
nose. A mouth-filling white with equal parts texture and racy acidity.
The palate shows lemon, honeysuckle, some pear, ginger and a hint
of spice. Great length of flavour.
