Notes: This wine is a deep red with a crimson hue. Lifted aromas
of blue fruits combined with hints of mint and tobacco. A very
structural wine offering flavours of bright blueberry and mulberry
fruits with black olive savoury notes. Fresh cherry and plum
characters are provided by the addition of Malbec in this superb
blend. This is a wine of great length, with well-integrated savoury
tannins.

Variety: Grenache/Shiraz/Mataro
Notes: The Grenache component can be sourced from up to four
different vineyards across the Barossa, all aged between 25 and 76
years old. The shiraz component is a blend of Eden Valley vineyards
and the Mataro is sourced from a dry grown vineyard on Mengler’s Hill
in the Eden Valley. Each varietal component is fermented separately,
resulting in more fruit definition, purity and accessibility.
