SPARKLING
Daosa Natural
Réserve NV
Region: Piccadilly Valley, SA
Variety: Pinot Noir/Chardonnay
Notes: A base of Pinot Noir from the 2018 vintage is blended with
a portion of older reserve wine which has been aged in old barrels
without sulphur - the ‘natural réserve.’ Made in the traditional
method and bottle-aged for 18 months before release, the resultant
wine has depth and complexity, offering layers of fresh apple,
spiced quince, and almond praline. A rich and creamy palate is
countered by beautiful natural acidity. One of SA’s finest!
