5. When done baking, remove from oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Use a thin
spatula to gently lift the cookies off the cookie sheet. Place on a cooling rack or another
sheet of parchment paper. Finish baking the rest of the batter, one sheet at a time.
6. To melt the chocolate: Pour the chocolate into a clean bowl. Use a microwave to melt
the chocolate until it has reached a nice smooth consistency. Make sure to stop and
stir every 30 seconds. Use a teaspoon to drizzle the melted chocolate onto the cooled
cookies.
