iM3 Holmstrom Plugger and Spreader Instruments
Spreaders are round, smooth tapered instruments with a point. Used for
laterally condensing filling materials by spreading it against the canal
wall. Pluggers are flat ended with smooth, round tapered sides. Used to
condense filling materials apically into the canal.
