GUIDING RAILS FIFO
Build a FIFO Station based on need while saving space with FATH Guiding Rails FIFO
• Modular system – scalable at
any time
• Extra wide, break-proof insertion caps
• Upward-facing profile slots for
cost-effective enclosure
• Floating installation without
screwed joints
• Space-saving thanks to onesided rail guide
• Easy and fast threading of dollies
HIGHLIGHTS
Due to the modularity, the FIFO station can
be flexibly adapted in length and width. - you
can set it up exactly according to individual
requirements and expand it at any time.
The Guiding Rails FIFO are bolted together
with connecting plates directly at the infeed
caps. This connecting element ensures
stability and specifies the track width. The
number of tracks can be selected
as required.
For the desired
track length, the
individual Guiding Rails FIFO
are joined together with a longitudinal connector. Available

by the dead weight of the dollies. For special
requirements, bolting to the floor is optionally possible, the holes are integrated in
the insertion caps.
One guide rail per track is sufficient for the
safe placement of the dollies. The side on
which the Dolly is guided can be freely selected. For three tracks, for example, only
three Guiding Rails are required. This reduces costs, saves space and offers additional flexibility.

SUPPLY
The FATH Guiding Rails FIFO
are laid in a floating manner.
The FIFO track does not have
to be screwed to the floor to
rest securely, which protects
the hall floor. The rails are held
Innovative:
extra wide insertion caps for easy threading of Dollies
FATH has redesigned the infeed caps for even more efficiency in handling the Dollies. The extra wide designed opening acts like a
funnel and makes loading the FIFO station much easier. Even if the rollers are not visible at all under the boxes, they can be threaded effortlessly into the rail. Employees can perform this step intuitively - the workflows are fluid and easy on the back.
The insertion caps are mounted at the front and rear end of each track. This allows the FIFO principle (First-In-First-Out) to be
implemented perfectly - for an optimized internal flow of goods.
Another strong plus: The FATH infeed caps for the FIFO station are manufactured using the aluminum die-casting process and,
unlike conventional plastic caps, are break-resistant.
