The Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council Distribution Centre sells and distributes fire and injury prevention
educational materials and a great selection of other products to the fire service and businesses in Ontario.
All net income derived from the operation is directed towards enhancing fire and life safety programs and
initiatives.

1-866-379-6668 ext. 104. The distribution centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.

PERSONALIZATION
Personalization is available on a wide assortment of products. Your department logo can be displayed on a variety of items
including children’s fire hats, stickers, pens, recognition awards, caps and so much more. Artwork charges and set-up fees

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We operate under a 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee. If a customer is not satisfied with any of our products for
whatever reason, we will authorize a return for credit under the following guidelines:
1. Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Call 1-866-379-6668 extension 102 for a return authorization number. We
will require the reason for the return as well as the original invoice number. We cannot accept returns on personalized
items.
2. Reference to both the original invoice number and the return authorization number must be included with the return
shipment.
3. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition as per the following requirements:
a) No returns will be accepted on catalogue items and alarms after 10 days from the original invoice date.
b) Current edition books can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
c) Older edition books are not returnable and these books will be identified prior to processing your order.
d) Credits will be issued to the customer within two weeks of receipt of the return shipment.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices listed in this catalogue are subject to change. Shipping charges may vary for
remote locations.

1-800-880-6788. If a unit is determined to be defective and still under warranty, replacements will be provided by Kidde
Canada.
