CHOOSING THE RIGHT CORROSION
CONTROL™ SYSTEM SOLUTION
Depending on the fuel type and functional area of corrosion occurrence, Franklin Fueling
Systems offers a Corrosion Control™ System solution tailored to each unique application.

CORROSION IN
ALL FUEL SYSTEMS
EVO™ 600/6000
The EVO™ 600 or EVO™ 6000 provides
automated operation of the Water
Separator and monitoring of the
Corrosion Detection Sensor.
CORROSION DETECTION SENSOR
WATER SEPARATOR
LOW LEVEL WATER
FLOAT FOR DIESEL
The Water Separator will
remove water from the diesel
tank, preventing corrosion from
forming in the fuel system.
The low level water float will
detect water as low as 1/4",
notifying of water in the diesel
tank earlier than traditional floats.
The Corrosion Detection Sensor
monitors the tank ullage for the
presence of a corrosive atmosphere
and provides status via the EVO™ 600
or EVO™ 6000 ATG.
MULTIPLEXING SENSOR HUB™
CHALLENGE:
CORROSION IN A
GASOLINE FUEL SYSTEM
For retrofitting new sites, the
Multiplexing Sensor Hub™ facilitates
the additional sensor inputs needed
to run and monitor the Water
Separator or the Corrosion Detection
Sensor without having to run new
intrinsically safe conduit.
ADVANCED PROTECTION STP
DESICCANT PACK & SENSOR
The Desiccant Pack absorbs humidity from the environment
before it can begin to corrode the tank sump hardware. The
Desiccant Pack Sensor and EVO™ Series ATG interface make it
easy to monitor when the Desiccant Pack(s) need to be replaced.
Advanced Protection provides
protection against accelerated
corrosion of the submersible pump in
the tank and in the sump.
