Q4|2020
So much has made a deep lasting impression on me during 2020. There as so many acts of
compassion done by our Gaylor Electric employees that I am so proud of. The many times our teams
have gone over and beyond for clients at projects in order to meet unexpected turns of events. And, the
genuine care for people on display in their daily performance. All the challenges accepted and
overcome have made this a most satisfying year!
The leadership team has worked diligently to keep a steady growth pace which will see us hit our initial
revenue goals set back in January. Not a whole lot of companies can claim that success during the
pandemic. As we approach the finish for 2020, we exert all, holding back nothing, with a keen eye on
2021. Of course, we do not know what challenges 2021 will hold, but we do have a plan that we are
confident will keep us moving in the right direction…no matter the challenges we will face.
Also, I am happy to announce that on Tuesday, November 3, I won re-election for Indiana’s District 29
in the Indiana House of Representatives. So, in January 2021, I will begin my second two-year term.
I certainly want to extend all the best in health, happiness and prosperity for you, your family and
business. Thanksgiving and Christmas will take on greater significance as times to reflect on the many
blessings which we still have an abundance of, amid this challenging year. As always, thank you for
being part of the Gaylor Electric history and continuing story.
Stay safe and take care of each other.
