For years, Giovanni Eco Chic Beauty has been the go-to hair
care brand for celebrity hairstylists. When Arthur Guidotti
launched “On Sunset,” a salon on the iconic Sunset Strip in
the 1960s, it laid the foundation for the Giovanni Hair Care
Brand that emerged in the late 1970s. Initially selling
primarily to studio professionals, Giovanni reached new
heights under Arthur’s son, G. James, who, in 1995, propelled
it to become the #1 selling hair care brand in the U.S. Natural
Products Industry*.
Fast forward to 2024: Giovanni shines as the presenting
sponsor at the Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylist Guild Awards
(MUAHS) held at the Beverly Hilton and is honored as the
exclusive brand providing products for 22 hair stylists at the
Academy Awards. In June, Giovanni continues to serve the
industry as the selected brand for the 8 hair stylists at the
Tony Awards. In 2024 alone, Giovanni supported over 70
productions, ensuring top-tier hair care for film and TV casts,
backstage and in makeup trailers globally.
