and opportunities, but only 12 percent of those in
education say the same (Exhibit 27).
Regardless of location or industry, however, there
are opportunities for all organizations to unleash
their full potential and thrive in 2023—if they stay
abreast of key trends and heed lessons from the
organizations that are experimenting and starting to
get it right.
