Additionally, the data show different levels
of preparedness for what comes next across
a range of industries. For instance, almost
40 percent of leaders and managers in the
technology, media, and telecommunications
sector feel that their organizations are ready to
address the industry’s future challenges and
opportunities, but only 12 percent of those in
education say the same (Exhibit 26).
Regardless of location or industry, however,
there are opportunities for all organizations
to unleash their full potential and thrive in
2023—if they stay abreast of key trends and
heed lessons from the organizations that are
experimenting and starting to get it right.
