French Onion Soup
Ingredients
Soup:
6 cups sliced Gwillimdale Farms yellow onions
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil plus more for drizzling on the bread
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
5 cups homemade beef stock (or store bought)
2 bay leaves
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
8-12 pieces of toasted baguette
1 clove of garlic
